As Jo got lost in Spain for many years & her first born place of birth, when she came across this amazing vineyard she jumped on the chance to make her style of an Aussie Verdejo.
Verdejoh was hand harvested from a hill side plot in Ferguson Valley, Western Australia WA. The Dejo was simply destemmed direct into Qvievri, a Gorgian terracotta pot. Allowed to sit on skin for four months then pressed off allowed to settle briefly before bottling. Sans Sulphur
